Ingredients
2 cups of Spring Mix
2 cups of Dandelion Greens
2 large Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
1 cup of Snap Peas
Instructions
- Wash and gently dry all the produce.
- Chop the dandelion greens until you have two cups.
- Cut the tomatoes into half inch slices.
- Cut the cucumber into half inch slices.
- The snap peas can be left whole or you can break them open.
- Combine all the salad components into a large bowl and toss together. Serve with your favorite dressing! See recipe notes for dressing and serving suggestions.
